job summary:
We are seeking a motivated candidate for a part-time position located in Dania Beach, FL (33004). The salary for this role is $15 per hour. Responsibilities: Respond to messages on Slack (company message board). Process shipping labels for DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS. Perform package inspections in the warehouse to ensure orders meet company standards. Open and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). Communicate with customers via email to resolve shipping-related issues. Hours: Monday - Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Wednesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Candidate Requirements: Energetic and quick to learn. Proficient in keyboard use. Comfortable with warehouse tasks including locating and inspecting packaging. Ability to work efficiently both in the office and warehouse setting. Mornings will be spent in the office, mid-days in the warehouse (moving back and forth), and afternoons in the office.
