job summary:
This position performs a variety of tasks including, diagnosing, and reporting product findings, troubleshooting, parts managements, repair, packaging, data gathering, leading lean manufacturing improvements, assessing inventory and prioritization of daily work, presenting to management and engineering, and utilizing ERP and QMS systems. Assembly experience is required. Additionally, Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Performs a variety of duties on electronic, mechanical, electromechanical devices. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed. Some experience with cycle counting and inventory management. Ability to take initiative and be self-managed. Ability to implement countermeasures to work through technical roadblocks.
