job summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitting Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and scheduling work based on due dates, processing job tickets, closing out completed tasks, and maintaining accurate records. You will work on kitting tables, assembling documents and products into finished kits with precision and efficiency, while following instructions from the Kitting Coordinator or Table Lead. Strong communication, computer, and data entry skills are essential, as you will maintain open communication with team leads, assist in streamlining processes, and help meet daily production goals. Additionally, you'll ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to safety and company policies. This role may require flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet production needs and take on additional tasks as needed. A positive attitude, strong motivation, and alignment with company values are key to success in this position.
