job summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitting Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various forms of documents and products into completed kits at a kitting table, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks. You will follow instructions from the Kitting Coordinator or Table Lead, perform tasks efficiently, and assist with additional duties as needed to support facility operations. This position requires open communication with team leads, adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also ensure that operations are carried out at minimal cost while meeting quality standards and staying aligned with company policies and core values. Flexibility to work outside normal hours may be required to accommodate production needs, and you will assist in streamlining processes to help meet daily goals.
