job summary:
Deliver parts: Deliver parts to repair shops, auto shops, or customers Pick up parts: Pick up parts from a warehouse or vendor Track inventory: Receive and track inventory orders, and restock supplies and parts Maintain records: Keep records of deliveries and pickups, and obtain receipts and signatures Ensure quality: Verify that the parts delivered are the correct ones and are delivered on time Maintain equipment: Maintain trucks and related equipment in good condition Help with merchandising: Assist with merchandising displays by restocking showroom inventory Cycle counting: Perform cycle counting to ensure that inventory is accurate Report discrepancies: Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged products Keep area clean: Help keep the parts department clean and orderly
