**Position requires background check, drug screen, and in person interview. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key part of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling doors and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Key Responsibilities: Assemble doors according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Handle materials and equipment, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet production deadlines. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications: Construction Experience: Hands-on experience in construction or related fields is highly preferred. Positive Attitude: Ability to maintain professionalism and avoid negativity in the workplace. Professional Appearance: Presentable and appropriate attire is required (e.g., no sagging pants). Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Reliable Work History: Demonstrated consistency in employment with minimal job hopping.
