job summary:
As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of a warehouse by order picking, locating, collecting, and preparing car parts and accessories for shipment to customers. Key responsibilities include: Order Picking and Fulfillment: Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and load car parts and accessories onto dollies, carts, or conveyor belts to transport them through the distribution center. Inventory Management: Use a computer or scanner to check inventory levels, locate items, and ensure accuracy. Package Assembly: Organize and assemble items into packages, ensuring they are securely prepared for shipping. Quality Assurance: Inspect merchandise for quality, stock shelves, categorize products, and accurately count and tag inventory. This role requires physical activity such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Successful candidates will contribute to a smooth and efficient supply chain operation, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

salary: $16/hr
work hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
qualifications:
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
- Operate RF scanner
- Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
- Operate hand truck/dolly
