MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAYS 6AM-6PM. As a production associate, you'll work to package bakery items to be shipped to customers in a production environment. Your days will consist of moving product, conducting inspections, feeding product onto a moving track for wrapping, catching & placing wrapped product into cartons, and palletizing cartons into shipping cases and stacking shipping cases onto pallets. You may also be required to record product data using a computer. You'll also need to maintain a clean work area and keep waste to a minimum while ensuring products meet quality specifications. To adhere to food production standards, no jewelry, nail polish, or artificial nails are allowed in the production facilities.

Once you complete orientation, you will be assigned a start date. On your first day at the Bimbo facility, you will be assigned to a production line and introduced to the floor supervisor for training.
