job summary:
As a production associate, load cases and cartons, lifting 10lbs every 10min, ability to reach high and low, use steps as needed, use of a pallet jack, hourly quality checks, inspect finished goods, troubleshoot, Maintenance such as cleaning using compressed air, brushes and rags. Clearing jams, escalate and work with maintenance team to ensure machine efficiency. Another aspect of this role is the 'front line' loading raw materials, cup loading every 3-8min, filter paper lift 35lbs every 15-25min, coffee bags - via hoist and remote control. Must climb ladder 11' to open super sack 1.5 hours.

dress code:
Composite or steel toes must be worn at all times on the production floor. We recommend not purchasing heavy boots. Wear layered clothing to adjust to temp conditions. NO Jewelry or piercings, (no you cannot cover with a band aid), NO fingernail polish or artificial nails. NO Strong fragrances to be worn, NO Food or Medication allowed on production floor. Clothing must be clean and in good repair (no holes, sequins, glitter). Full length pants and no hats. Other than shoes, PPE will be provided and must be worn at all times in food processing areas. Hairnet, Beard Net (if applicable), Ear Protection, Safety Glasses, Gloves.
