We are seeking an individual with advanced inventory control expertise to support complex reporting and data analysis. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be considered a subject matter expert within your department, responsible for managing processes of a complex nature. Key Responsibilities: -Prepare and analyze complex reports and presentations using various software packages and databases. -Take ownership of specialized processes, determining methods and procedures to accomplish tasks efficiently. -Serve as a key resource within the department, providing expertise and guidance on administrative processes. -Collaborate with team members and leadership to streamline workflows and ensure smooth operations. -Continuously assess and improve administrative functions to enhance productivity and accuracy. Qualifications: -Proven experience in administrative roles with advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation development. -Proficiency in using various software tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. -Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ****THIS POSITION WILL TRANSITION TO NORTH PHOENIX - 85085

- VMS Assignment ID
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Operate RF scanner
- Load, unload materials & equipment
- Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
- Inspect material supplies and inventory
- Using inventory management software
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
