job summary:
A production technician primarily supports Metrology scanning operations. Key responsibilities include managing inventory by receiving, counting, packing, unpacking, labeling, and storing items in an organized manner. They verify inventory accuracy, address discrepancies, and maintain compliance with safety regulations by cleaning and inspecting supplies, tools, and storage areas. Additionally, they track the use or damage of stock and provide guidance to other warehouse workers. Key skills required include strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, teamwork, attention to detail, and knowledge of equipment, procedures, and security strategies for safeguarding assets and operations.
