job summary:
Responsible for indicating signature,date,time on inbound documents of all inbound shipments including unload start and end time, and dock door. Unload, segregate, and label goods upon arrival while referencing the packing list. Documenting correct contents of each inbound shipment. Verifying physical cargo against PKL/CIV..Ensure any discrepancies, damages, or anomolies are noted on Dock Receipt during unload. Put-away freight from putaway sheet in location utilizing forklifts and the scanner. Transferring built freight to the staging area. Responsible for proper handling of DRC, Packing Lists, Labels. Ensure documents are correctly signed and that all inbound documents required are complete and uploaded to files. Ensuring that shipments received are handled with care and not damaged during receiving, put-away, staging or transload process. Follow up with any emails you haven't received responses from Check communication channels, such as TEAMS chats, emailsReview Open Order Report and Unfinalized. Reports to determine progress for open orders, new orders, dock assignments, and scheduled inbounds. Send CE Team Lead notifications, reminders, updates on any daily tasks, challenges causing delays, any positive developments, identified potential inefficacies, or errors.Monitor unloading, building, staging, and loading activity and address goals and target progress. Ensure all documents handled for completed shipments are uploaded to files and files finalize. Communicate any last minute progress, changes, challenges or delays with CE Team Lead or Regional Operations Director. Address any priority items that did not get completed. Review next day's inbound and outbound schedule. You must have previous Warehouse Management System,inbound & outbound activity and inventory. Resume and in person interview required.
