We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The essential functions of this role include performing and documenting hourly inspections and run profiles, as well as retaining samples according to EverTec Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will monitor mailer production and packaging for defects and inaccuracies, addressing any non-conformities and initiating hold procedures when necessary. A key responsibility will be training Packers on EverTec Quality Assurance (QA) SOP, alongside conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality inspections. Collaboration with Packaging Coordinators and Operations will be vital for resolving issues per EverTec QA SOP. Effective communication with the upcoming shift is crucial for a smooth handoff, and maintaining an open dialogue with staff will help minimize delays. Additionally, you will assist in identifying raw material defects, capturing relevant information such as lot codes and samples to forward to the Quality Manager. Experience with SharePoint is a significant plus! Qualifications Candidates must demonstrate the ability to take coaching well and communicate respectfully with others while promoting a positive teamwork culture. You should possess knowledge of safety requirements and guidelines in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting by following standardized work instructions and adhering to safe work practices in a culture of continuous improvement. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs, with exposure to moving equipment and conditions such as heat exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit and noise levels above 85 dB.
