We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure incoming inspections, create inspection plans, manage nonconformance records, and champion lean initiatives within the warehouse environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a background in medical device manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to apply technical expertise with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Perform timely incoming inspections of purchased finished goods using established methods. Create and update inspection plans and work instructions. Conduct inspections with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other tools as necessary. Ensure adherence to Test Method Validation (TMV) standards and drawing requirements. Generate nonconforming records for failed inspections or final release activities. Apply knowledge of CAPA and global medical device regulations, including 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, and EU MDR, to resolve issues. SAP Experience a plus
