As a Chem Processor: - Move parts, equipment and materials in and around paint and processing areas\. - Loads and unloads parts equipment and materials per the shop router onto racks, holding racks, - Conveyors, car loaders and industrial trucks\. This can also pertain to size, shape, and number of parts to obtain maximum cleaning\. - Verify the parts are coded and tagged properly, verify part and quality match the traveler - "Wires up", cleans, and masks parts and material for chemical processing and anodize - Operates power hoist and uses material handling equipment, such as hand-operated forklifts - Visually checks for drying and complete cleaning of parts - Operates tank equipment to chemical processing of manufacturing parts. - May need to add water to various tanks to maintain operating levels. Manually maintains specified tank temperatures, load containers to maximum efficiency from process and time immersion per specifications to obtain desired results - Wears proper safety equipment - Works in accordance with safety rules and general safety practices\. - Responsible for quality of own work\. - Performs other related duties.
