job summary:
As an assembler, you will assemble products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. Maintain safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules and regulations. Keep equipment operational with preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; and call for repairs. This job requires bending, lifting, standing and walking.  Accurately measure, mix, and blend ingredients according to specified formulas and guidelines.  Ensure products meet quality and safety standards through adherence to established procedures.  Collaborate with Quality Assurance to test and verify product consistency and integrity.  Work closely with Production to streamline workflows and ensure timely completion of batches.  Maintain accurate records of formulations, processes, and ingredient usage.  Operate and maintain mixing equipment, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.  Prior experience in formulation, mixing, or manufacturing is a plus.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
