As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt of all shipments, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring that products are stored correctly. You will work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain proper stock levels and support our operational goals. Key Responsibilities: -Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage. -Verify the quantities and condition of goods received against purchase orders and shipping documents. -Record and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to appropriate departments. -Label and organize goods in designated storage areas, ensuring proper storage conditions. -Update inventory records and maintain accurate data in our warehouse management system. -Coordinate with the purchasing, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations. -Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits as required. -Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized receiving area. -Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding delivery issues when necessary.
