job summary:
The prime function of the Q.C. Inspector is to assure that all parts are being processed to the manufacturer's specifications and that all processes are stable and on target. Duties include Rockwell Hardness testing, sectioning and etching of sample parts to verify hardness, case depth and pattern length. The Q.C. Inspector will report directly to the quality control manager and have the authority to stop any job/process that is not on target or within customer specification.

work hours: 3:30PM to 7:00AM
qualifications:
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Able to read blueprints & schematics
- Inspect quality and defects of products
- Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
