job summary:
As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the shipment of orders, ensuring products are packed correctly, and managing inventory for outgoing shipments. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. In addition, we will provide you with training and certification on forklift operation to enhance your skill set. Key Responsibilities: -Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. -Label and document outgoing shipments according to customer and company requirements. -Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of shipments. -Ensure proper inventory levels of packaging materials and order supplies as needed. -Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. -Work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to track and manage products. -Inspect outgoing shipments for damage and ensure products are properly secured.

qualifications:
- VMS Assignment ID
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Recording shipping information
- Build, wrap, sort pallets
- Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
- Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
- Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
- Inspect material supplies and inventory
- Using inventory management software
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steeled toed shoes required.
