job summary:
Record and monitor inventory data, including stock levels, weights, and production metrics for reporting and analysis. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Address quality or accuracy issues, involving the Quality Assurance team when necessary. Perform routine safety inspections on equipment, tools, and materials, and proactively mitigate potential hazards. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations, including California-specific requirements (e.g., Cal/OSHA). Provide safety training to warehouse staff and enforce adherence to established safety guidelines.
