In this role, you will work both in the office and the warehouse - will process orders coming from the client's website, assist customers with order inquiries as well as helping with inspecting products, working on returns in the return area. This role will require a lot of data entry into Microsoft Excel and a CRM system called Dynamics 365 Business. You will also be filing and doing whatever is needed. Everyone there wears many hats!
