1. Provide support to the maintenance team in performing preventative maintenance tasks, production equipment repairs, routine inspections, and repairs on equipment including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery. 2. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance and direction of experienced maintenance technicians. 3. Assist in identifying and implementing effective solutions to equipment issues. 4. Work with maintenance technicians to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and parts inventory. 5. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. 6. Maintain tools and equipment used in maintenance activities. 7. Organize and manage the maintenance workshop.
