job summary:
Manufacturing Assembly - With limited supervision, performs complex and/or repetitive electromechanical assembly operations with a high degree of accuracy. - Speed of assembly should fall in line with the set standards - Accurately follows Build Specifications and SOPs to ensure product conforms to the specification. 2. Service Rework - Changes faulty boards, tablets, subassemblies, and other components for troubleshooting technicians - Can tap, file, or otherwise rework non-conforming parts - Can solder through-hole or SMT parts efficiently 3. Quality Assurance - Self-inspects and verifies wiring installations, assemblies and circuits. - Inspects, mechanically tests, and adjusts completed units to ensure that units meet specifications and tolerances - Maintains knowledge on all product quality issues, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and apply that knowledge in production line management activities to ensure product builds meet quality metrics - Utilizes and initials Q/A travelers to ensure all categories of quality are examined and verified. **Soldering expereince is required (through-hole and/or SMT)**
