**Retention Bonus Details: - Eligibility: You must remain employed at the facility continuously until April 11th, 2025. - Bonus Amount: $500 will be awarded to those who complete the full project, without missing more than 2 days of work during that time period. - Payment Timing: The bonus will be included in your final paycheck following the move.** OT: Voluntary and mandatory when required (Could potentially work on a Saturday or Sunday or extra hours during week) The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner. In this Function You Will: - Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders. Operate warehouse picking equipment. Lift up to 35lbs. Climb ladders. Repetitive motion, standing & stooping. Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions. Receive and put away incoming product. - Responsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. - Keep work area clean and orderly. Follow all safety rules and practices. - Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives.
