job summary:
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before leaving the warehouse. The ideal candidate will not only identify quality issues but also take ownership of resolving them to maintain seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards. Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to identify potential quality issues. Document and report non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly. Repair or adjust defective products to meet specifications when applicable. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and corrective actions. Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve overall efficiency. Train warehouse staff on quality standards and best practices.
