Job Overview: As a Spiral Pipe Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain spiral pipe manufacturing machines. You'll use CNC machine experience to produce high-quality spiral-welded pipes, monitor machine performance, and resolve any issues. Safety and quality control are key in this fast-paced, metalworking environment. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate the spiral pipe machine, ensuring quality production. - Adjust machine settings to meet specifications for diameter, thickness, and weld integrity. - Inspect raw materials (steel coils) to ensure they meet production standards. - Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance. - Monitor welding quality and conduct visual inspections for defects. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment. - Keep accurate production logs and collaborate with the team to meet goals. Qualifications: - Experience operating CNC machines or spiral pipe equipment (preferred). - Knowledge of pipe manufacturing and spiral welding processes. - Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. - Familiarity with welding inspection standards is a plus. - Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment. - Excellent attention to detail and quality. - Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. - Commitment to upholding safety standards.

work hours: 6:00AM to 4:30PM
