1. Verify that product quality meets minimum requirements. Product weight, temperature, appearance, accuracy of labels, room temperature to name a few. 2. Monitor manufacturing and storage conditions. 3. Accurately complete daily reports in a timely manner. 4. Perform and document monitoring procedures, corrective actions as necessary for the HACCP or Food Safety and Quality Plans. 5. Work and communicate in a professional manner with Operations and USDA. 6. Follow and enforce all Food Safety & Quality rules and regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation SOPs and other pre-requisite programs. 7. Hold raw materials or finished products when needed. 8. Other duties assigned by the Assistant QA Manager.
