This is a seasonal role with an expected duration until April 2025, with the potential to become permanent based on business needs. On site in Sloatsburg Fri-Saturdays, Tuesday-Thursday WFH Schedule: Flexible but consistent, approximately 30-40 hours per week. At least one weekend day is required, with availability for Tuesday-Saturday preferred. Start and end times can align with your routine (e.g., 9-5, 10-6). Compensation: $22-$24/hour. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and hire talent for a dynamic workplace. Ensure smooth weekend operations and provide exceptional support to team members. Foster positive relationships and ensure workforce satisfaction across sites. What You'll Need: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
