You will be responsible for the full operation of the burning department including (but not limited to) dryers, kilns, DLAs, car haulage systems, and propane systems. You will be responsible for the operation, adjustments, preventive maintenance, repair, quality checks, and shift and daily reports. Plus daily production incentive plus $50 weekly achievement bonus, if earned

work hours: 8:00AM to 8:00PM
qualifications:
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Inspect quality and defects of products
- Load, unload materials & equipment
- Inspect material supplies and inventory
