ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Reviews quotes, orders and the like, processed by Client Relations staff - Development and implementation of Client Relations policies and procedures - Creates and maintains information for Client Relations folder on shared drive - Maintains and distributes emails from Boss Design and Jack Cartwright Client Relations e-mail accounts - Follow-upon order issues with related parties (COM delays, credit, etc.) - Approves time-off for Client Relations staff - Submits Client Relations request(s) for office supplies - Assists with computer (SysPro) training for office employees - Assists with administrative duties requested from Vice President as needed
