job summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor leads the safe, cost effective and quality manufacturing operations of Henkel Corporation including direct supervision of the hourly workforce on the shift they are responsible for. This includes the fair and consistent application of Henkel's policies and procedures, Employee/temporary development, and the integration of the Henkel Production System (HPS) program. Adherence to Henkel's Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and practices and Henkel AC Manufacturing's vision and strategy are maintained as a top priority.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
