- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists. - Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. - Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit - Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. - Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. - Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Job Duties  Knowledge on how the MX Line work (each function)  Focus on quality of work  Properly store and maintain production tools and equipment  move product to the next phase in process  Notify management when machines shut down  Maintain a clean and organized work area  Follow safety guidelines  Must be able to use a screw gun Requirements  Must wear proper PPE at all times  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs  Can withstand manufacturing hot working conditions  Can stand for a long period of time  Must be able to work overtime when needed  Good Attendance  Steel toes *This position does require previous assembly experience* *This position will go to 2:00PM - 10:00PM*
