We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cold Storage Facility Loaders and Unloaders. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading goods in a cold storage environment, ensuring the proper handling and storage of products at optimal temperatures. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and safe facility. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and storage areas in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that all products are properly stored in the designated cold storage areas, maintaining proper temperature conditions to prevent spoilage or damage. Use material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to move products within the facility. Inspect goods for any damages during loading/unloading and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Verify the accuracy of shipments, ensuring the correct product is loaded/unloaded according to work orders or shipping documents. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the cold storage facility. Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding safe handling, storage, and sanitation of products. Assist with inventory control and stock rotation, ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.
