Are you an experienced Industrial Forklift Operator looking for a new position? Do you like making extra money with overtime? A leading intermodal distribution company with a special focus on the metals industry in Vernon, CA is looking for qualified and experienced forklift operators to join their growing team! Must be available for overtime (Daily OT) 5:00 am - 2:30 pm/3:00 pm Pay rate: $20/hr - $23.00/hr (Depends on Experience) Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with OSHA regulations. Safely operate machinery, including nail guns and various forklifts. Perform pre-trip inspections on forklifts and change propane tanks as needed. Unload and stack pallets from ocean containers, conduct inspections, and handle metal material. Load and unload materials on trucks, ensuring proper paperwork verification. Secure metal material properly for delivery, both domestically and internationally. Complete necessary paperwork and report incidents, accidents, or damages promptly. Adhere to safety attire requirements and maintain constant communication with the Shipping/Receiving office. Participate in training temporary staff and maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
