As a Warehouse Associate, you will process orders and samples in accordance with the Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will also assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse procedures, ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed daily. In your role, you will receive and process customer returns (RMA) and conduct cycle counts of finished goods, submitting your findings for inventory corrections. Additionally, you will participate in all staff and company training, which includes forklift recertification. It is important to ensure that all production stock is accurately and efficiently moved to inventory. You will also be responsible for shipping small parcel orders using NDS Ship-Link software. Furthermore, you will coordinate special marketing requests and assist with various special projects as needed.
