As an Inventory Manager you will oversee the efficient management and control of our inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, improving inventory systems, and ensuring smooth operations across departments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste. Monitor and analyze inventory performance, including stock levels, turnover rates, and demand forecasts. Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of inventory. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment. Utilize inventory management software to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Establish and enforce inventory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline inventory operations. Train and mentor staff on inventory management best practices.
