job summary:
Key Responsibilities: -Develop, revise, and implement training programs for frontline employees and supervisors to enhance their skills and performance. -Promote and introduce safe work habits, ensuring a secure, injury-free work environment. -Coordinate logistics and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees. -Develop work standards to maintain quality service for our customers. -Generate, maintain, and analyze training reports to assess progress and adjust programs to meet objectives. -Ensure employees meet required technical certifications and are up to date on training needs. -Monitor training-related costs to remain within budget guidelines. -Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements and conduct training audits. -Advise management on employee development programs to support career growth and organizational success. -Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: -Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. -Associate's degree or equivalent preferred. -Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse groups of people.
