-MUST HAVE 2 years experience with QuickBooks -Admin Support Duties: Customer service and professional demeanor is a high priority. -Multi Phone System: Direct calls to staff, place calls on hold, take detailed phone messages, PLEASANT DEMEANOR -QUICKBOOKS: Enter account receivables and payables into the company QuickBooks: print requested reports from supervisor, -EMAIL Management: Draft emails(dictated or written), get proof reading on emails, maintain multiple email addresses. forward emails as needed. -Enter customer data into spreadsheet -Run reports from Quickbooks
