Digital Press Operation Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime. File Preparation Review and process digital files for printing, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and layout. Adjust color profiles and calibrate the press for accurate color matching. Production Workflow Execute daily production schedules, meeting deadlines while maintaining efficiency. Collaborate with prepress and production teams to optimize workflow and ensure accuracy. Quality Control Inspect printed materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the production process. Address and correct any issues with print quality, such as alignment, color accuracy, or image clarity. Inventory Management Monitor and manage supplies, such as ink, paper, and other consumables, ensuring adequate stock for production. Safety and Organization Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and operational protocols. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Communication and Collaboration Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production progress, challenges, and improvements. Provide feedback on process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Documentation Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation for job tracking and reporting.
