We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours a week). The pay-rate will be $16,50 an hour. As a Machine Operator Helper, you will be in training to become a full-fledged machine operator. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with material preparation and supporting product output. You will play a key role in minimizing waste by ensuring materials are utilized efficiently throughout the manufacturing process, with a focus on reducing scrap. The successful candidate will be expected to: Assist in the preparation and operation of machinery Ensure the optimal use of materials to minimize waste Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while operating machinery Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking If you're eager to learn, work in a team, and contribute to the efficient operation of our machinery, we'd love to hear from you!
