As an Entry-Level Coil Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in binding documents with coil or spiral bindings. This is a hands-on role that involves attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is required-training will be provided! Key Responsibilities: -Operate coil binding machines to bind documents according to job specifications. -Load, adjust, and monitor the coil binding equipment for accuracy and quality output. -Perform quality control checks to ensure bound materials meet company standards. -Prepare, sort, and stack materials for the bindery process. -Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and minor maintenance as needed. -Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. -Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
