We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to support our volunteer operations by ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. This role involves training volunteers on how to inspect and package products according to various project objectives while providing ongoing support throughout their shifts. Responsibilities include moving products, dismissing volunteers for breaks, answering questions, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, safety policies, and inventory control guidelines. The position requires setting up volunteer projects based on the Tentative Project Schedule, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and assisting with Volunteer Check-In. Additionally, the role includes unloading truckloads of products and supplies as needed, maintaining daily project supply inventory, and fostering a welcoming environment for volunteers. Participation in volunteer recognition activities, MOF events, special projects, and other tasks as assigned is also expected.
