We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and sustainability in everything we do. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Work Order Closure Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely closure of work orders within our manufacturing system, AS400. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining production efficiency and meeting customer demands. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5pm **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and verify completed work orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. - Collaborate with production teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to work order documentation. - Update the manufacturing system with relevant data regarding production metrics, material usage, and labor hours. - Generate reports related to work order closures for management review. - Assist in tracking inventory levels associated with closed work orders. - Maintain organized records of all closed work orders for audit purposes. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team. **Qualifications:** - Experience in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred. - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable; experience in the beauty industry is a plus! - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., AS400). - Ability to communicate effectively across various departments. - Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
