MUST BE BILINGUAL!!! Retail Quality Control Specialist effectively works to minimize or eliminate possible errors through quality control measures and ensures that packing and QC methods meet high quality standards and client expectations. Quality Control Associate is a detail orientated individual with demonstrated capabilities in organization, extensive experience with computers and software programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, as well as internet research and shipping experience. Essential Duties & Job Functions: 1) Attains knowledge of each client's packaging specification rules to meet client's needs. 2) Communicates with all production workers to support all production employees in fulfilling their orders accurately. 3) Inspection of packaging to meet client's needs. 4) Data Entry to maintain accurate records. 5) Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; trouble shooting breakdowns; requiring preventative maintenance.
