Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our Assembly Department. This role involves assembling precision mechanical and electromechanical components while ensuring high product quality with minimal rework. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in assembly, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of mechanical and electromechanical components. Ensure product quality and cosmetic integrity with minimal rework. Operate hand tools, arbor presses, magnetizers, ovens, vacuum systems, and test equipment as required. Maintain company-owned toolboxes and a clean, organized work environment. Follow safety protocols, including wearing safety shoes and shielded safety glasses. Collaborate with the team to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in production processes. Apply advanced skills in assembly processes to ensure production goals are met. Adapt procedures, techniques, tools, and materials to meet specific manufacturing needs. Perform non-routine tasks, troubleshooting and resolving most issues independently. Refer only the most complex issues to higher-level management. Work under minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in mechanical/electromechanical assembly preferred. Ability to work with precision tools and measurement devices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Experience adapting tools, materials, and techniques to meet special production needs. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace. LOCATION OF THE WAREHOUSE IS IN LIVERMORE,CA MONDAY-SATURDAY 8AM-4:30PM NO OTHER SHIFT AS OF RIGHT NOW.
