Please note all interviews are in person. The Quality Control Inspector is a position responsible for product inspection and in process testing as specified by established standards, guidelines, and protocols. Use SAP and computer to retrieve and read technical specifications. Perform hourly inspection, test, and measure materials or products being produced while in process in 2 or more areas/departments. Measure product using standards comparison and other Quality Control equipment. Report inspection results and test data completely, accurately, and timely. Report problems to QC and Operations Supervisors/Managers. Approve or hold lots after inspection depending on AQL results. Monitor and confirm production operations conform to specifications or customers' requirements. Ensure and document Line Clearance. Ensure and verify Critical Process Parameter Line Set Up. Determine sampling plan based on AQL, specifications, etc. Collection & processing of various samples (micro, retain, customer, etc.). Working familiarity with cGMPs and GDP - raise violations to supervisor level. Initiate and support Defective Material Reporting. Organize standards and ensure standards are available for reference. Assignment/focus /trained in at least two areas/departments. Adheres to and familiarity with all safety guidelines and practices - raise violations to supervisor level. Assists Supervisor in mentoring Junior QC Inspectors. Tasks defined and assigned by supervision/management.
