cnc machine operator - now hiring.

We are seeking a skilled Wood Milling CNC Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain 3-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision wood components. Your responsibilities will include interpreting CAD drawings and blueprints, setting up and operating CNC machines, loading raw materials, and inputting program parameters based on job specifications. You will be expected to read and interpret technical documents, ensure product quality through inspections using calipers and micrometers, and maintain accurate production records. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a CNC operator, specifically with 3-axis milling machines, and possess strong math skills for machining-related calculations. Proficiency in reading CAD files, blueprints, and schematics is essential. You must be able to lift up to 45 lbs, stand for extended periods, and adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment. This position requires attention to detail, technical precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
