Are you a problem-solver with a knack for customer service? Do you enjoy helping people troubleshoot and resolve technical issues? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist customers with technical questions about hot water heaters. In this role, you will handle approximately 60 inbound calls per day, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure customers get the most out of their products.
