As a Quality Rework Inspection Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials and packaging meet established quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail to inspect, verify, and document the quality of products on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include reworking products that don't meet quality standards and maintaining accurate reports throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of materials, products, and packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards. Rework any non-conforming items to meet specifications. Complete daily QA reports, including documenting inspection results and rework activities. Ensure that all quality procedures and guidelines are followed accurately and consistently. Communicate any quality issues to the appropriate team members and suggest improvements when necessary. Work closely with other departments to address quality concerns and assist in maintaining a smooth workflow. Assist with any additional quality assurance tasks as needed. Qualifications: High attention to detail with the ability to spot even the smallest defects. Previous experience in a quality assurance or inspection role is preferred but not required. Ability to work a 2-3-2 rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Strong communication skills and the ability to document results clearly and accurately. Must not have worked at Carlex in the past year. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Working Conditions: This is a temporary, full-time position with 12-hour shifts. Requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
