job summary:
- Documentation Management: Review, process and organize quality-related documents, including but not limited to Work Order Routers, Assembly Orders, drawings, picklists, IPI inspection records, and compliance documentation. - Data Entry and Analysis: Enter quality data into designated databases or systems accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in analyzing quality data to identify trends, patterns, or areas for improvement. - Quality Assurance Support: Assist in coordinating quality assurance activities such production document verification, kit roll up, labeling and delivery to the shipping department. Ensure that all relevant documentation and resources are prepared and accessible for these activities. - Compliance Monitoring: Help monitor adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in ensuring that all quality-related production documents are completed and in compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries from internal stakeholders. Facilitate communication between different departments or teams regarding quality issues or initiatives.

work hours: 3:30PM to 7:00AM
